Refund policy
Please keep in mind that pearls are natural and organic product. Whilst we take care in listing our pieces, each and every pearl/piece may vary slightly in their shape and/or size from picture shown. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Final sale items and gift cards also cannot be returned. For all other products, you may return for refund or exchange if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Please note, there are no refund for change of mind.
To make a return, you can either lodge a return request or email aesthetically.au@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please follow the instruction here to lodge a return request online. (Please note, no password is required to log in to your account). If you are emailing us manually, please include in your email your invoice number and reasons for return, this will help speed up the returning process. Once the return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.Â
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Once the item(s) has been returned and inspected, we will organise a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible.Â
Refunds
We will inform you via email of the progress, once the refund has been processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note, shipping costs is nonrefundable; only the cost of actual items returned will be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
