Shipping policy

We offer Australia wide shipping. 

All orders are shipped within 2-3 working days. This excludes any pre order or made to order items. If your order contains made to order items, all the items will be shipped together once the made to order item is ready. Please contact us if you wish to split the shipment. Please note, additional shipping fee maybe charged. 

If you require your order urgently, please upgrade to express shipping. All express shipping order will be packed and sent on the same working day as long as the order was placed before 12pm ACST. 

We use Sendle shipping, as they offer 100% carbon neutral shipping service. On some occasions, Australia Post is also used for shipping. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email with all the tracking details.

Please double check that your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we do not take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and there may be additional costs for redelivery. 

Shipping cost is as per calculated at check out, or enjoy complimentary free shipping for any order over AUD$75.00.
