How do I lodge a return request?

You can lodge it here, if you get stuck, please follow our return request instruction. Or, you can simply contact us.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email confirmation with all the tracking details.

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, once order been placed, detail cannot be changed.

Please double check your address is correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and there may be additional costs for a redelivery.

What material is your jewellery made of?

Most of our products are made of 925 Sterling Silver. The gold variation of all our product are Sterling Silver with 18k Gold plating.

Occasionally there maybe individual pieces that are made from alternative materials, if this is the case, the details will always be stated in the product description or the material and dimension section.

Are your jewellery allergy friendly?

Yes. Most of our products are made of 925 Sterling Silver, unless indicated otherwise. The gold variation of all our product are Sterling Silver with 18k Gold plating. All our products are nickel free.
